There isn't much that I haven't loved from A Simple Fare Cookbook by Karen Mordechai. It's probably one of my favourite cookbooks, mainly because of the flexibility of recipes and the short list of ingredients. It's really made me more mindful of using simple ingredients well. I can't wait for the Fall / Winter version.
I swapped the all purpose flour for Dove's Gluten free flour and it still came out great. It isn't sugar free but worth it. I had to improvise with the appearance (I didn't have a round cake tin to hand) it tasted incredible.
