My sleep pattern has been out of synch recently. Late nights, feeling wired, tired and waking in the night. I have plenty of tools to support my sleep.... meditation, Epsom baths, magnesium, foods, kundalini yoga and herbs.
I was recently gifted some sleep tea by Nikki Hill. A naturopath and herbalist who specialises in woman's hormone health. Nikki and I share a love of herbs and a passion for changing the image of herbal medicine to something more appealing and stylish that looks as good as it is effective.
I collaborated with Nikki to design a range of simple but stylish labels for her apothecary range. She kindly gifted me some tinctures and some sleep tea which I've been using for the past few weeks and truthfully (this isn't an ad) the tea has worked wonders! My sleep has been deeper and more restorative, the kind of sleep that allows your body to really relax and repair. The tea is a lovely combination of Chamomile, lavender buds, hops flower, Valerian root and Lemon balm. If you struggle with sleep this along with some basic sleep hygiene is definitely worth trying first.
The whole range will be complete soon and up on Nikki's new website. If you want to order some of the sleep tea you can contact Nikki here
